funny??!!!!?

Um..
other answerers are gonna say ”be yourself, it doesnt matter if you can’t have a lot of friends, at least you have some,”. Or at least something like that.

I can tell you, I used to be funny last year, but then, I had a hell of alot of problems in my life and eventually I guess I lost my humor, because of depression and withdrawal from everyone.Then one day I just started LAME jokes lol..
I was disappointed and realised people were only being friends with me because of my being funny…I realised people had expectations of me to be funny, I wanted to reach their expectations because I enjoyed making people laugh and I couldn’t explain why I lost my good jokes(because of private,private problems..also it would sound wierd.)

I just want people to like me not because of just being funny. That I realise.
Realise that most will not see past that funny shell if you try to be funny.

I know what you mean it is really awkward to tell a joke your friends don’t laugh at. Sometimes I look up jokes on the Internet or in books. They usually have some pretty good jokes. Also don’t tell all the jokes at once usually I think of a certain joke by what my friend says. Also just be yourself don’t force your self to be somebody your not. Plus life is pointless if you cant just be yourself.

I used to not be funny. I firgured something out though. I watch what other funny people did. The thing that came back time and time again regardless of what they were saying or what type of sense of humor they had was that they all kept their jokes short, and kept the attention of their listeners.
